My continuing interest is in one fundamental question: How can continuous improvement create measurable enterprise value — Growth, EBITDA, Throughput, Cash, Customer Value and stronger Leadership Execution?
I am Founder of KaizenGuru™ — the Knowledge Space for Continuous Excellence — and Managing Director of JCE Management Services Pvt Ltd, whose consulting division Lean India Consulting Group (LICG) provides the Knowledge Application Space.

Educational Qualifications
- Trained by Asian Productivity Organization ( APO ) in Japan, in “Management Consultancy for Productivity Improvement". (1992, 1997).
- PhD - Management Excellence in Indian Industry
- MBA - FMS University of Delhi (1985);BSc ( Mech Engg ) DCE, University of Delhi, 1974. Visiting faculty to BITS Pilani, MS Program in Consultancy Management; visiting faculty to Indraprastha University for their MBA program & visiting faculty to IAS Academy, LBSNAA—Mussoorie. Have Researched, published & Presented many papers on Kaizen, Lean, Operations Management, Change Management & Transformation.
- Have been involved in MSME’s movement on Lean clusters in India for SME’s and got the best Lean consulting organization award from Ministry of MSME/NPC, Govt. of India.in April 2015

Also part of expert team on ZED program of GOI.
